“I walked into the photo op area and my T-shirt said “BuckyNat rise”, so I said “HI” and pointed at the T-shirt. His eyes immediately lit up, he had the biggest smile ever and said “oh my god YES!! BuckyNat, when will this happen”, then He opened his arms and said “gimme a hug”, so we did and then we took the picture and I thanked him”
A raccoon, as ridiculous as it may sound, tells her about his swift encounter with Bucky and her gun.
“It’s not for sale.“, he had said, with a tone of voice that had left the raccoon knowing that the fine weapon was definetly off the table (unlike the arm).
She does not clean it throughout the years, not daring to wipe away his fingerprints, the more personal reminder of his former existence.
She does not use the remaining bullets. Those would have been his shots to take.
She stores the weapon, his last imprint in the world of the living, back where it belongs: in a locker with her name on it.
This was sent in a group chat I’m in, please please correct me if I’m wrong, I’ve never seen this posted on the marvel website and I might just be unaware.
If this is actually a new addition, I thought it best to throw out there how during production of TLJ, Disney updated character bios for the Star Wars films with small details that ended up correlating with TLJ’s script.
So if this is a hypothetical update to MCU Nat’s official bio on the marvel website, the wording of this appears to be grouping two things together :
